Mise N Export Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we understand. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and receive a refund.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

• You can only return unopened and undamaged items purchased from our online store or physical location.
• Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
• You must present a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or damaged items
• Items purchased on sale or clearance
• Alcoholic beverages (due to legal restrictions)

How to Make a Return:

1. Contact us by email at hello@misenexport.com to initiate a return.
2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item back to us at the following address:

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Shipping Costs:

• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us.
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
